  1. Well,

Monday IS the official start of fall…

Hey, that’s fair game in my book.

Congratulations Eric! Always nice when your work is recognized.

I haven’t followed the link yet.

But, this title sounds familiar. I recall first discovering you over a decade ago.

Trying to remember if that was over at The Book Marketing Network.

At any rate, when I followed your link, I do seem to remember reading a short story you wrote (was it this one?)

      1. Yep, that is the one.

I liked it and it prompted me to read and review The Dogs Don’t Bark in Brooklyn Anymore.

I like Dystopian scifi, and The Dogs… didn’t disappoint.

At times I did feel bad for the talking wolves…

Guess that’s just the animal lover in me.

Here in Julian, we have a Wolf Center. One of their missions is to educate the public on these misunderstood animals.

But, I get it. Its Dystopian science fiction. I kind of interpreted it as a commentary on humans not respecting nature and how that will eventually result in nature reaching up and ‘biting us in the ass’. 😉
