“The Walk,” by Stephen Jarrell Williams

Since I began seeking publication for my creative writing just over a year ago, I’ve consistently benefited from the encouragement of Stephen Jarrell Williams, Editor of Dead Snakes.

Stephen has long been an established and prolific writer, which makes it more impressive that he generously finds time to provide a forum for new writers like me. I am getting acquainted with Stephen’s own widely published poetry, and I particularly enjoy “The Walk.” For this and more poetry by Stephen, see the online quarterly Mirror Dance magazine here:

“When the World Ends, Will You Be Covered in Grey Goo?” (io9.com)

If you’ve read Dagda Publishing’s science fiction short story anthology, “All Hail the New Flesh,” and enjoyed my nanotechnology horror tale, here’s a nice rundown on the perceived dangers of nanotech.

Gonna write a screenplay …

…  about a skinny, chain-smoking, garrulous poltergeist; gonna call it PARANOLAN ACTIVITY.

Somebody wrote a haiku for me!!

“Sexy writer man
“With a great sense of humor
“Why are you single?”

THAT is definitely a first!!  😀

I want that BOAT, Rick.

My great old friend and Mary Washington College alum Rick Slagle just posted this. 🙂

I’m grateful for his support for my book, but I am also jealous of that boat he’s on!! I don’t know where he is, but he’s far from New York’s incredibly unpleasant ice storm!
