April is National Poetry Month! Here are 30 ways to celebrate! And some of the are damn cool.
I can’t decide which is my favorite. I am particularly interested in the “poetry on the pavement” and “poetry in an unexpected place” suggestions, because those are the most Joker-esque. (Or maybe Batman-esque, considering the Dark Knight’s burning emblem bridge trick at the end of the third film.)
Rest assured, I will be combining these activities with caffeine abuse, manic episodes, and at least some degree of sociopathy.
I also propose a propose a new tradition for National Poetry Month — “Prank a Publisher Day.” So everyone, let’s decide which day that will be, and then let’s somehow punk Reg Davey. Because that bloke’s had it coming for a while now.
