“Night Scene,” Matthew Barnes

I cannot determine the date of Barnes’ work here.  Alternate Internet sources date it at 1932 (or later?) — yet a version of it apparently appeared  in the 1905 book Architect and Engineer (Architect and Engineer, Inc.).  I’m guessing that Barnes completed multiple versions of the same work.

Grandin Theatre, March 2017

The nonprofit Grandin Theatre looks like a hell of a fun place for a film buff.  The building dates from 1932, and upcoming screenings include  “To Have and Have Not,” “The Trouble With Harry,” and Kevin Smith’s “Mallrats.”  The theater is screening “The Boondock Saints” for free on St. Patrick’s Day.
