IT’S THE END OF THE WORLD. ANY QUESTIONS?

Do you have a questions about the story in “The Dogs Don’t Bark In Brooklyn Any More?”

I’ve received a few questions from readers since the book was published, and some of them are quite interesting. One of them was actually so brilliant that I am jealous that I didn’t think of it.

I thought it would be fun to feature a reader question and answer page at my blog, and my publisher agreed. So if you have a (non-spoilerish) question about the story, its characters, or the world in which they are portrayed, do let me know. You can e-mail me at Ericrnolan@gmail.com, or simply reply to this thread.

Book Bubbles.

Writer friends — if you’d like to promote your book, check out Bublish and its “Book Bubbles.”

The layout is good looking and professional. This is probably the best book promotion site like this that I’ve found.

“When the World Ends, Will You Be Covered in Grey Goo?” (io9.com)

If you’ve read Dagda Publishing’s science fiction short story anthology, “All Hail the New Flesh,” and enjoyed my nanotechnology horror tale, here’s a nice rundown on the perceived dangers of nanotech.

I want that BOAT, Rick.

My great old friend and Mary Washington College alum Rick Slagle just posted this. 🙂

I’m grateful for his support for my book, but I am also jealous of that boat he’s on!! I don’t know where he is, but he’s far from New York’s incredibly unpleasant ice storm!

Crunchy Girl Haiku

Crunchy Girl Haiku:

Great sense of humor,
But don’t call her “Crunchy Girl.”
She doesn’t like that.

BRILLIANT.

Publication Notice, Under The Bed Magazine to feature “The Song of the Wheat.”

I’ve been informed by the nice folks at Under The Bed Magazine that my short horror story, “The Song of the Wheat,” will appear in an upcoming issue.

This should be my first short story in a print publication inside the United States. This should also be my first real foray into supernatural horror, as opposed to science fiction horror.

I am tremendously grateful to Managing Editor Wednesday Lee Friday and her colleagues for granting me exposure in this terrific horror magazine.
